Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take Communion if I am not a member of the church?

Yes, if you believe in the real presence of the Body and Blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the forms of Bread and Wine. We invite you to join us in the celebration of Holy Communion. Children should be confirmed before taking Communion or parents should speak with the Pastor about the age their children can take Communion.

Do I have to be a member to have a child baptised?

No, we welcome all to come and be baptised. The Pastor will meet the parents to make arrangements.

Can I be married in the chruch if I am not a member?

Yes. Contact our Pastor for our policy.

Do you have a nursery?

We have a nursery with a television monitor for viewing the service. Since we encourage families to worship together, we do not have a nursery staff, a parent should remain with their child and return to the service at an appropriate time.

Do you have Vacation Bible School?

Yes. We have classes for all ages including infants and adults.

What time is your church service?

Sunday Morning Worship is at 10:00 A.M.br> Sunday School is at 8:45 A.M.

How do I join your church?

You may worship with us at anytime. We welcome visitors and friends. If you wish to join our congregation, you can do so through baptism, adult instruction or transfering your membership from another Lutheran Church.

Do you have youth activities?

We have a youth group that has Bible Study and activities scheduled through out the year. We also have a playgound and an outdoor basketball court for free time activities for the children.

What Lutheran Synod is Trinity a member of?

Trinity Luteran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. We are part of the LCMS Southern District. Our congregation serves all people reguardless of denomination or race. We celebrate our congregation's cultural diversity and unity in faith in Jesus Chirst as our Lord and Savior.
